## Description

We are seeking an SEO Analyst to join our team at Western Governors University (WGU). As an SEO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing WGU's SEO strategy to drive traffic and improve search results.

The salary range for this position is $68,300.00 - $102,500.00 per year.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search phrases

- Analyze search and website analytics to identify gaps in website content

- Optimize pages for improved search results

- Build links and implement strong technical SEO

- Engage in content creation and optimization

- Monitor daily performance metrics and create reports on website analytics and performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience, or an advanced degree without experience

- 3+ years of experience in successfully executing SEO campaigns

- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, technical SEO, and ranking methods

- Experience with SEO industry programs and tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, SEOClarity or similar

- Experience with CMS platforms AEM, WordPress, or similar

- Experience with content management tools such as WorkFront
