## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Stevenage Retail Park, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering excellent customer service.

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to drive sales and help customers discover our products.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Provide excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment, adapting to busy periods

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues

- Be flexible and adapt to changing situations

The work pattern is:

- Sunday: 12:00-16:00

- Friday: 16:00-20:00

- Saturday: 12:00-16:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
