## Description

We are seeking a Category Manager to join our team on a temporary 11-month contract. You will be responsible for maximising the market share and performance of Red Bull and the category in specific retail chains.

**Responsibilities:**

- Analyse and gain insights into distributor and consumer panels for the category and retail chains, identifying growth opportunities

- Monitor performance and recommend action plans

- Create and provide a monthly dashboard to store teams

- Collaborate with Key Account Managers on sales strategies

- Develop tailored business plans for each retail chain

- Negotiate and implement optimised product ranges, merchandising strategies, and promotions

- Build strong relationships with retail chains at national and regional levels

**Requirements:**

- Higher education in business or engineering

- Around 5 years of experience in the retail sector (commercial/marketing/research), including previous experience in category management

- Results-oriented, autonomous, and entrepreneurial mindset

- Analytical and business skills, with expertise in data analysis and Excel

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment

- Fluent English
