## Description

As a Territory Development Representative at 3M, you will find and develop net-new Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) sales opportunities across Western Canada.

Key responsibilities include:

- Prospecting and acquiring new accounts with high growth potential

- Developing newly acquired accounts into high-potential customers

- Conducting training presentations to customers and channel partners

- Collaborating with Marketing and Technical teams on market research and new product launches

- Handing off matured accounts to the Account Management team

Requirements:

- High School diploma/GED or higher

- 3+ years of sales experience

- 1+ year of Salesforce experience

Additional qualifications that could be helpful:

- Bachelor's degree

- Demonstrated mastery of sales growth and technical selling

- Experience with end-user and distribution selling

The role is remote, with up to 80% travel within BC, AB, and SK.

The expected compensation range for this position is $100,591 - $132,781.
