## Description

Mastercard is seeking a Card Solutions Implementation Lead to join their Services team. The team provides end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base, combining traditional management consulting with rich data assets and in-house technology.

The role involves managing a portfolio of projects that support a strategy or initiative with significant impact on the organization. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering large digital enterprise-level programs across the financial services sector, excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to direct workstreams across large multi-faceted project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently

- Implementing complex technology assets and delivering transformation programs

- Strengthening client's internal skills, knowledge, and experience in critical areas

- Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices

- Identifying business opportunities and driving initiatives from definition to realization

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in delivery of large digital enterprise-level programs across the financial services sector

- Strong bonds with clients that endure beyond a particular assignment

- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

- Ability to direct workstreams across large multi-faceted project teams

- Strong writer, presenter, and speaker

- Excellent analytical skills

- Ability to use own initiative and develop solutions

- Strong Payments or Mastercard product and platform knowledge

- Accreditation in one or more recognized PM/PMO/Change/Service management methodologies

- Experience with Agile ways of working and/or as a Scrum Master

Benefits and requirements include:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

- Advanced degree or MBA preferred

- Professional accreditation such as Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable

- Experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering successful projects

- Proven knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum and waterfall project management

- Exposure specifically in payments and/or retail banking or merchants

- Financial Services experience preferred

- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required
