## Description

We are seeking an experienced Tidplanerare (Scheduler) to contribute to large and complex projects such as Slussen, Förbifarten, Stockholm Vatten och Avfall, and Svenska kraftnät.

As a Tidplanerare, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and following up on project schedules throughout the project's lifecycle in construction, infrastructure, and building projects. You will work closely with project managers, production organizations, and clients to ensure realistic plans and clear follow-ups.

Your main tasks will include:

- Developing and quality-assuring project schedules

- Analyzing progress, critical activities, and risks

- Following up on and reporting project status

- Participating in planning meetings and workshops with project organizations and clients

- Providing analysis and recommendations to support project decision-making

- Collaborating with project managers, production teams, and technical specialists

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in scheduling in large construction, infrastructure, or building projects

- Experience working with planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or Powerproject

- Practical experience from production or construction sites and/or project environments

- Understanding of the connection between planning, production, and project management

- Experience analyzing, developing, and following up on complex schedules

- Fluent communication in Swedish (both written and verbal)

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and communicative. You have an easy time seeing the big picture while understanding the details that affect the project's progress.
