## Description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, Professional Services to join our team. This is a Remote (US Remote - Central Time Zone preferred) role, reporting to the Manager, Professional Services.

In this role, you will lead high-impact, enterprise-level customer deployments of the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform from kickoff through project closure. You will act as the primary trusted advisor and central point of contact during deployment, orchestrating technical resources and cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, secure business outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

- Take full accountability for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of concurrent, complex customer deployments, covering planning, execution, governance, risk management, and formal project sign-off

- Lead multiple concurrent customer engagements spanning Zero Trust deployments, legacy security tool migrations, architecture assessments, and ongoing optimization programs

- Define, track, and report on deployment success criteria, metrics, milestones, and timelines to ensure projects stay on schedule, within scope, and aligned to business outcomes

- Develop and maintain rigorous project documentation, including project charters, schedules, RAID logs, resource allocations, and regular status reports

- Partner closely with internal specialists and customer stakeholders to proactively identify roadblocks, manage escalations, drive operational enablement, and champion AI-driven project management tools

**Requirements**

- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving

- 5+ years of formal project or program management experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions within a professional services, consulting, or enterprise SaaS deployment environment

- Active or in-progress Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent recognized project management certification

- Practical understanding of foundational networking and security concepts, including firewalls, proxies, secure web gateways (SWG), and VPN architectures

- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with proven ability to command executive briefings and facilitate technical workshops

- Ability to support customer engagements across standard US business hours (Central Time Zone preferred) with willingness to travel for on-site kickoffs and design workshops as needed
