## Description

We're seeking a Workday Success Plans Consultant to join our team. As a trusted Workday advisor, you will work directly with customers to help them solve business problems using the Workday application. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting research to understand customer questions and related Workday concepts

- Delivering small scope consulting services to customers, including configuration guidance, demonstrations, and troubleshooting

- Creating and delivering customer presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals

- Offering tailored one-on-one guidance to inform and guide customers along a path to success

- Reviewing customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities

- Completing and maintaining product expertise and Workday Certification(s)

You'll need to have:

- 5+ years of IT implementation experience

- 5+ years of experience with Workday Financials Reporting

- 2+ years of software consulting experience

- Workday Certification or ability to certify in at least one of the following: Workday Reporting, Workday Financials, PRISM

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required; advanced degree preferred
