As Manager, Controllership, Europe, you will oversee accounting, reporting, statutory compliance, and local tax activities for assigned legal entities. You will be a technical accounting expert, and support finance transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage primary ledger accounting, US GAAP and IFRS reporting, statutory accounts, and local compliance for one legal entity.

- Partner with Senior Accountants, Shared Services, and external advisors to support accounting and compliance activities across a portfolio of legal entities.

- Provide practical, risk-based guidance on statutory and tax accounting matters.

- Ensure reporting is accurate, complete, and delivered on time, identify accounting and compliance risks, and improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of processes.

- Lead transformation programs, including IFRS conversion and other corporate projects, while using automation, Power BI, AI-enabled tools, and data analytics to improve productivity and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

- ACA, CPA, CA, or equivalent accounting qualification.

- Five years or more of progressive experience in audit, accounting, or controllership, including experience within a multinational organization.

- Knowledge of US GAAP, statutory accounting, financial controls, and corporate governance.

- Demonstrated experience resolving complex accounting issues, leading projects, influencing partners.

- Systems knowledge (Oracle preferred) and an interest in using AI-enabled tools to improve finance processes.
