## Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Customer Development Representative in Shanghai. You will be responsible for implementing Premier Acquisition strategies, acquiring new-to-bank customers, and delivering high-quality customer service to our highest-value personal clients.

Responsibilities:

- Implement Premier Acquisition strategies

- Acquire new-to-bank customers via central or self-generated leads

- Complete simple retail sales to deliver high-quality service to our highest-value personal clients

- Develop strong working relationships with relevant business areas

- Deliver high-standard customer service to meet customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Minimum of one year of proven and progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience

- Sound knowledge of various forms of deposits, WEM products, mortgages, etc.

- Knowledge of changing laws and regulations governing banks and finance, consumer trends, competitor offerings, economic and foreign currency markets

- Strong presentation and sales skills

- Objection handling techniques and ability to work under pressure

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Customer service orientation

- Attain relevant professional and regulatory qualifications as required by the market

- Attain internal standards as required by HBCN
