## Description

The Counter Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury brand at Bloomingdales. They will demonstrate the 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential.

Key responsibilities include:

- Driving financial results in store to meet and exceed plan

- Leading by example on personal KPI goals

- Communicating and managing agreed goals with staff

- Being a specialist amongst retail artistry brands

- Managing customer queries and providing positive outcomes

- Building partnerships with account executives and area trainers

- Anticipating staffing needs and selecting talent

- Determining individual and team sales targets

- Analyzing business performance and planning strategy

The Counter Manager will also be responsible for maintaining the counter, managing inventory, controlling expenses, and implementing visual merchandising.

Requirements include bi-lingual Spanish, which is a plus.
