## Description

We are seeking a VeLOCity Maintenance Lead to join our Line Structure Team at our facility in Kruiningen. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving our production systems, as well as developing the knowledge and skills of our colleagues.

The VeLOCity programme is a US-based initiative that helps us maintain and continuously improve our production systems. The Line Structure Team is a multidisciplinary team that brings together production and technical experts to focus on continuous improvement and standardisation of our production process.

As a VeLOcity Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the Unified Problem Solving process and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues

- Designing, implementing, and maintaining systems to collect and analyse process data

- Developing and improving preventive maintenance processes for the assigned line

- Spending 80% of your time on the shop floor, working with production teams to identify areas for improvement

- Contributing to the setup, implementation, and development of VeLOCity processes and tools, such as Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Defect Handling, and Breakdown Elimination

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- MBO+ level education or relevant work experience

- Experience working in a maintenance department in a production environment

- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English

- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities

- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills

- Drive and enthusiasm for continuous improvement

This is a full-time role based in Kruiningen, Netherlands, and is paid on a scale 9 salary structure.
