## Description

We are seeking a Damage Manager (m/w/d) in Real Estate at our Frankfurt am Main office in full-time or part-time.

As a Damage Manager, you will be responsible for the holistic and cross-divisional care of damage cases in the Real Estate sector. Your tasks will include:

- Managing damage cases from notification to completion, ensuring customer-oriented, efficient, and cost-effective processing

- Conducting negotiations with customers, insurers, experts, and other parties involved

- Collaborating closely with customer managers, specialist departments, and external experts to coordinate the involvement of relevant specialists

- Maintaining damage data and processes in relevant systems, monitoring deadlines, creating meaningful damage reports and evaluations

- Reviewing existing workflows, identifying optimization potential in damage processing, and contributing to the continuous development of efficient, customer-oriented, and high-quality processes

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Insurance training, e.g., as an insurance clerk or specialist

- Extensive professional experience in a similar field

- Good knowledge of the English language

- Very good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications

- Team spirit and willingness to learn
