## Description

We are seeking an AI-first Technical Program Manager to join our developer ecosystem team. As a builder and excellent communicator, you will develop efficient processes, tools, and systems to improve visibility and reduce manual coordination.

**Job Overview:** The developer ecosystem team drives multiple pillars, including Developer Advocacy, Community, and Open Source Foundations, resulting in 100+ monthly activations. You will collaborate with team leads to identify gaps and risks, maintain the team activation calendar, budget, and priorities, and build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows to automate reporting.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with team leads to surface gaps and risks that need attention.

- Maintain the team activation calendar, budget, and priorities.

- Build AI agents, dashboards, scripts, and workflows that automate reporting.

- Integrate into the team's rhythm by influencing meeting agendas, trackers, and periodic evaluations.

- Develop scalable, repeatable processes and lead organisational change by clearly communicating process updates and driving adoption of new operating rhythms, tools, and workflows.

**Requirements:**

- BS or MS in Computer Science, Program Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- 8+ years of experience in operational program management, developer operations, or engineering operations.

- Outstanding organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage many parallel workstreams with multiple senior leaders.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to synthesise sophisticated inputs into clear priorities, decisions, and next steps.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools, agents, and automation to reduce manual work and improve quality, speed, and transparency.

- Technical proficiency sufficient to build or prototype internal tools, dashboards, scripts, workflow automations, or integrations.
