## Description

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our Wolt Market store in Qormi, Malta.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and developing a team of 2-4 Shift Leads to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, growing, and motivating a team

- Improving store operations with the help of the Operations Team

- Participating in internal and external meetings

- Collaborating with other functions to ensure a good selection of products

- Monitoring shrink levels and controlling food waste

- Managing shift scheduling and handling incoming goods

- Overseeing store needs for growth, including ordering supplies and equipment

Requirements:

- Leadership experience

- Experience working in a grocery store is a plus

- Fast learner with multitasking abilities

- Proactive and service-minded

- Can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Fluent level of English required

We offer a salary range of €2,691-€4,037 EUR per month.
