## Description

Diageo is seeking a Brand Ambassador Germany to join the DACH Advocacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating the DACH advocacy strategy into locally relevant execution across Germany.

The Brand Ambassador will be the connector between Diageo's brands, the bar community, influential venues, cultural partners, agencies, and internal teams. The role involves building strong relationships in the German on-trade, creating meaningful brand moments, supporting bartender education, and helping to deliver World Class as Diageo's most important advocacy platform.

Key responsibilities include:

- Executing the DACH advocacy strategy in Germany and identifying relevant opportunities for Diageo brands

- Leading and growing the World Class bartender engagement platform through events, training, mentoring, and community building

- Building strong relationships with bartenders, hospitality leaders, and key industry influencers across Germany

- Planning and delivering high-impact brand experiences, trade activations, and bartender training programs

- Championing Diageo's priority advocacy brands through engaging education and storytelling

- Collaborating with Brand, Sales, PR, and Customer Marketing teams to align advocacy activities with business objectives

- Managing projects, agencies, and partners while ensuring excellent execution, budget control, and operational excellence

- Tracking performance, capturing insights, and continuously improving advocacy programs and community impact

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, brand advocacy, events, customer marketing, sales, PR, or a related field. They will have a strong understanding of the German on-trade environment, excellent relationship-building and communication skills, and strong project management and organizational skills.
