## Description

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our team at Bayer in Berlin, Germany. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.

Responsibilities:

- Operate technical facilities and transportation equipment in the weighing area during shift work

- Conduct weighing of raw and auxiliary materials in the central weighing area

- Perform sampling and identity checks using NIR spectroscopy

- Operate technical facilities for cleaning equipment (e.g., container washing)

- Carry out stopper pre-treatment in computer-controlled systems

- Operate the raw material feed for solution preparation

- Assist with service activities such as cleaning, sterilization, and provision of small parts, as well as filter handling

Requirements:

- Completed vocational training or extensive experience as a pharmaceutical or chemical worker

- Several years of experience in production operations, ideally in a GMP-regulated environment

- Willingness to work in shift work (morning and evening shifts) and ability to operate forklifts

- Willingness to work regularly on Saturdays and Sundays

- Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks reliably

- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
