## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Engineer to join its Air Dominance and Strike organization.

The successful candidate will work on challenging problems in a fast-paced environment, developing and implementing modeling, simulation, and analysis solutions for aerospace systems.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain virtual representations of various vehicles

- Coordinate deployment and maintenance of vehicle models and simulation instantiations

- Work with multi-disciplinary subject matter experts to understand and model subsystem, system, and system of system dynamics

- Collaborate with internal and external customers to understand simulation requirements

- Own the end-to-end configuration of SITL, HITL, and PITL for test vehicles

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or related technical discipline

- Experience with aerospace/aeronautical systems and/or subsea vehicles

- Experience in flight dynamics/platform physics and control

- Proficiency with C/C++

- Advanced proficiency with scientific computing systems (Mathworks products, scientific Python)

- Flight test data processing/sim correlation experience

- Experience with developing subsystem and system level models

- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- 7 or more years of related experience

- Advanced proficiency with C/C++

- Flight test support experience

- Experience with SITL and HITL simulation infrastructure design, development, and deployment

- Experience with developing emulated/simulation interfaces for on-board avionics

Salary Range: $166,000-$253,000 USD
