We have over 6,000 employees across the United States, and we're seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney to join our growing practice in Charleston, WV.

The Pre-Suit Litigation Attorney will handle motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation. You will be responsible for:

- Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work

- Completing the Flip-to-Lit approval

- Guiding clients through the case process

- Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents

- Completing TD approval for liability issues

- Overseeing settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages

- Managing the release approval process

- Managing a team of 6-10 Case Managers

- Focusing on Personal injury cases, primarily premises

- Driving compliance and KPIs amongst the team

- Handling EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school

- Active membership in good standing with the WV State Bar Association

- 2+ years of personal injury experience

- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit cases

- Excellent client service and communication skills

- Strong leadership skills

- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals

- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
