## Description

We are seeking a Manager, HR Business Partner to join our Enterprise Risk Organisation. You will work with Global Payment Network Risk & Advisory and Emerging B2B Risk & Advisory clients to deliver people initiatives and talent strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship building, influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and values-oriented team.

**Responsibilities**

- Consult with clients, HRBPs, and HR partner groups to execute people strategy, HR processes, and reporting

- Partner with clients to build effective relationships, manage stakeholders, and understand business imperatives

- Consult with associates, managers, and HR partners on HR-related issues

- Coach people managers on leadership skills, org design, and performance concerns

- Provide strategic consulting and workforce planning to client groups

- Support the planning and delivery of core HR processes

- Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team

**Basic Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification

- At least 4 years of client-facing experience or consulting experience

- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience

- Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification

- 6+ years of client-facing experience or consulting experience

- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are: McLean, VA: $151,900 - $173,400 Richmond, VA: $138,100 - $157,700

This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation.
