We're looking for an experienced ERISA class action attorney to drive the firm's emerging ERISA class action practice. As an ERISA Class Action Attorney at Morgan & Morgan, you will build and litigate ERISA class actions from the theory stage through trial. You will collaborate with a talented team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform and contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice.

Responsibilities:

- Build and litigate ERISA class actions from the theory stage through trial

- Collaborate with a talented team of employment and ERISA attorneys across the firm's national platform

- Contribute to the strategic development of the ERISA Class Action practice

Requirements:

- JD from an ABA-accredited law school

- Active bar membership in good standing in the state where you are based

- Meaningful ERISA class action litigation experience , plaintiff or defense side , including extensive experience in breach of fiduciary duty cases involving retirement or health benefits

- Strong litigation fundamentals: motion practice, discovery, and courtroom experience

- A collaborative, self-directed work style with the drive to build and grow within a high-performing team
