## Description

We are seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team at Wingham Court Care Home in Claygate. As a Physiotherapist with Bupa, you will help deliver person-centred care, supporting independence and honouring choice to help our residents live their best lives.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide therapeutic care management for residents by delivering bespoke clinical management programmes

- Evaluate progress; reassessing and altering treatments as required

- Provide support and communication in an understandable way to residents, carers, and other staff members

- Complete administrative duties such as maintaining clinical records and dealing with enquiries in a timely manner

- Deliver a reliable, coordinated rehabilitation physiotherapy team and service

**Requirements:**

- A degree in Physiotherapy

- HCPC Registration

- CSP membership

- Experience of working with clients with complex needs

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to lead, mentor, and supervise a team in a complex therapy setting

**Salary:** Up to £26.97 per hour depending on experience **Contract:** Permanent Contract **Shift Pattern:** 8 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
