## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Rushden Lakes, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, recommend products, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver five-star service at pace, even in high-pressure environments

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy team environment

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

Your schedule will be: Week 1: Thurs 17:00-21:00, Fri 17:00-21:00, Sat 17:00-21:00 Week 2: Tues 17:00-21:00, Weds 17:00-21:00, Thurs 09:00-13:00
