## Description

We are seeking a Host/Hostess to join our team at Accor in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in our breakfast area, bar, restaurant, and convenience store. Your goal will be to stimulate sales while ensuring the quality of products offered.

Responsibilities:

- Attend to and serve customers in the breakfast area, bar, restaurant, and convenience store, adhering to the brand's style.

- Encourage sales while maintaining product quality, following essential area practices.

- Manage and replenish stock levels.

- Assist with cleaning, conservation, and maintenance of the restaurant and bar, including customer accessories.

Qualifications:

- Aged 18 or older

- Completed secondary education

- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Internet)

Additional Information:

- Availability to work a 6x1 schedule (six days on, one day off)

- Afternoon shift: 15:00 to 23:10
