## Description

GSK is looking for a Medical Representative to engage with healthcare professionals in Pune, building trust and sharing clear, science-based information to support better patient care.

The role involves creating and delivering a territory plan, collaborating with colleagues, and continuously expanding knowledge of clinical evidence and market trends.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain respectful relationships with healthcare professionals

- Develop and execute a territory business plan

- Share clear and accurate science-based information

- Record and report activities and outcomes

- Collaborate with colleagues to address customer needs

- Continuously expand knowledge of clinical evidence and market trends

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from a recognised institution

- Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in field sales or territory management

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Marathi or Hindi

- Basic digital skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Right to work in India

Preferred qualifications:

- Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare-related roles

- Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and explaining scientific concepts

- Strong planning and organisation skills

- Ability to use customer insight and data to guide activities

- Fluency in local languages spoken in Pune

This is an on-site role with regular travel within the assigned territory.
