## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest growing retailer. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are ready to deliver five-star service at pace.

**Job Schedule:** Part-time **Work Pattern:**

- Tuesday: 19:00-23:00

- Saturday: 18:00-22:00

- Sunday: 16:00-20:00

**Additional Requirements:** Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers.

**Requirements:**

- Digital confidence and ability to use digital tools.

- Resilience and commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a high-pressure environment.

- Ability to work flexibly across different areas of the store.

**Benefits:**

- Competitive hourly rate

- £3.00 p/h unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

**Age Restriction:** This job role involves working late nights, so applicants must be at least 18 years old.
