As a Deployment Lead on the Air Defense team, you are responsible for delivering, training, and sustaining a capability that meets our customers' mission requirements and exceeds their expectations.

## Responsibilities

- Deployment planning and execution: You will orchestrate deployment events, leading a cross-functional team to achieve mission success.

- Training development and delivery: You own the training mission for your deployments, developing and delivering training curricula across various formats.

- Relationship management: Build trust with customers, industry partners, users, and Anduril teammates through effective communication and follow-through.

- Mission expertise: Develop a deep knowledge of your customer's mission requirements, including the nature of the threats they face, regulatory challenges, and resource constraints.

- Product expertise: Develop a thorough understanding of the capabilities and limitations of Anduril's Family of Systems.

- Hardware and software configuration management: Manage the end-to-end hardware and software configurations for all assigned equipment at your deployment sites.

## Requirements

- Advanced degree or 5+ years of experience in a technical field, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domain

- Proven experience planning and delivering technical training programs

- Highly organized creative problem-solver with proven project management skills

- Experienced in the creation and upkeep of documentation for new or developing processes

- Proven experience leading tech-enabled teams of peers while building a culture of influence through relationships

- Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning

- Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements, performance specifications, and training materials

- Ownership mentality with strong initiative in managing your own work in isolated or remote environments

- Comfort communicating complex concepts simply across various methods of communication and tools

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively

- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance; Top Secret preferred

- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time
