## Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Japan. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving annual and quarterly sales targets, managing relationships with distributors and channel customers, and driving sell-through of CORSAIR products.

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out numbers between brand, distributors, and channel customers

- Controlling distributor and channel inventory levels, particularly for hot-selling products and aging stock

- Increasing brand reach by defining focus channel customers and extending brand shelves in stores

- Optimizing retail displays and leveraging distributor resources to improve brand awareness and displays

- Driving sell-through by developing sales strategies and working with channel buyers and distributors

- Building relationships with key channel customers and conducting regular on-site visits

- Gathering market information, including competitor activity, pricing, and promotions

- Providing product training to channel customers

- Managing distributor and channel margin structures

- Ensuring key channel customers honor pricing strategies

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Japanese retail industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
