## Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be part of the Global Technical Support Engineering team, functioning as the primary technical escalation point for customer-facing teams.

You'll investigate and resolve highly technical, escalated customer issues, drawing upon your software engineering skills and in-depth knowledge of Braze's code base and product functionality.

Responsibilities include:

- Reviewing customer SDK integration code and building custom data export and migration scripts

- Answering complex product behavior and bug confirmation questions

- Collaborating with the Product Engineering team to identify recurring customer issues and develop product solutions

- Creating in-depth technical troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles

Requirements:

- BS in Computer Science or equivalent

- 2-3 years of experience developing and optimizing web and/or mobile applications

- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms

- Professional experience with programming languages such as Ruby, Rails, Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin

- Experience with APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- 2-3 years of experience supporting technical products, preferably within a SaaS B2B environment
