## Description

Leidos is seeking a Site Operations Lead to support a government site group at Point Mugu NAWC, CA. You will provide tactical leadership and operational oversight, driving deployment velocity and enforcing Service Level Requirements (SLRs).

**Responsibilities**

- Direct and lead daily IT Field Services operations across the Point Mugu and Port Hueneme site groups.

- Manage and enforce strict Service Level Requirements (SLRs/SLAs).

- Mentor and lead a blended workforce of 10+ Leidos employees and Subcontractors.

- Generate and consolidate daily/weekly operational reports.

- Conduct synchronization meetings with Technical Leads.

**Requirements**

- US Citizen

- DoD Secret Clearance

- HS diploma with 5+ years of prior relevant experience

- Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification

- Expertise in IT Enterprise Operations

- Excellent customer service skills

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

**Physical Requirements**

- Lift and carry 50 lbs. for up to 100 feet at a time

- Work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and stand or sit for 8 hours

- Utilize basic hand tools

- Normal color vision and correctable vision to 20/20 or better

- Drive personal or corporate vehicle to different locations

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Prior experience supporting the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) or similar DoD enterprise networks

- Experience utilizing enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) tools

- Strong leadership skills

- Self-motivated and adaptable

- Ability to manage and prioritize own work and team's work
