We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at John Lewis & Partners Stratford. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating expert artistry skills, and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

The ideal candidate will have:

- A passion for beauty and makeup

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in sales and customer service

- Knowledge of makeup application and adaptation to different customers' needs

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and experiences

- Demonstrate expert artistry skills and product knowledge

- Build lasting emotional connections with customers

- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals

- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store appearance
