## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and assist with rehabilitation programs.

Responsibilities: Assist physical therapists with patient evaluations, treatments, and progress assessments Implement treatment plans as directed by physical therapists Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Associate's degree in physical therapy assisting or related field preferred Current certification as a physical therapist assistant (PTA) in Maryland Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting BLS certification

Salary Range: $29-$35 per hour
