## Description

We are seeking individuals who enjoy helping others to provide high-quality customer service by answering telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services from clients of Five Star Solutions. This is a seasonal role assisting clients with their holiday ordering, from fruit baskets to steaks, and involves working from home.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous 3-6 months of customer service or customer support experience is preferred.

- A background in a call center or office environment is a plus.

- Basic computer skills are required.

- You should be a quick learner, able to work independently, and possess strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening abilities.

- You must be 18 years of age.

- A background check will be required, as applicable with state and federal laws.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage large volumes of inbound or outbound calls efficiently.

- Address customer questions and concerns across multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.

- Follow communication scripts for different topics.

- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives.

- Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls.

- Look for opportunities to upsell products.

- Switch between tasks seamlessly without losing efficiency or composure.

- Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.

- Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.

- Be flexible for cross-training as requested.

**Bring Your Own Device (BYOD):**

- This is a BYOD position requiring your own equipment and workspace.

- You need verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and a dedicated work area.

**Hardware/Software Requirements:**

- Processor: Intel Core i5-8250U Series or greater.

- Memory: 8GB on Windows 10 or higher 64 bits.

- Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, 1 monitor required (dual monitors preferred).

- USB headset.

- Up-to-date antivirus software and enabled firewall.
