## Description

You will join the Shell Pernis team, one of the largest and most complex manufacturing sites in Europe.

As a Process Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly, monitoring and controlling processes, and collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitor and control process conditions to ensure optimal production

- Identify and address potential safety, environmental, and quality issues

- Interpret analysis results and adjust process conditions as needed

- Work with digital tools to optimize production

- Maintain clear reporting during and after shifts

Requirements:

- Completed Allround Operationeel Technicus level 4/Proces Operator C or equivalent diploma

- Experience with solution-focused thinking and independent and team-based work
