## Description

Syneos Health is seeking a Principal Biostatistician to join their team in the Netherlands.

As a Principal Biostatistician, you will serve as a statistical department resource, mentor biostatisticians, and oversee training plans and materials for Biostatistics associates.

Key responsibilities:

- Prepare Statistical Analysis Plans (SAPs) and collaborate with sponsors

- Develop and implement statistical analysis results of clinical trials

- Direct the activities of other biostatistics personnel on assigned projects

- Provide independent review of project work produced by other statisticians

- Manage scheduling and time constraints across multiple projects

- Participate in Data Safety Monitoring Board (DSMB) and/or Data Monitoring Committee (DMC) activities

- Lead projects involving integrated analyses and attend regulatory agency meetings

- Provide input and reviews, and follow applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (Wis), and relevant regulatory guidelines

- Maintain well-organized, complete, and up-to-date project documentation

The ideal candidate will have experience in biostatistics, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
