## Description

Grab is seeking a City Partnership Assistant Manager to join its team in Medan. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-creating and executing city-level marketing strategies and campaigns, orchestrating marketing events, and building strategic partnerships with local businesses and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns that combine data insights with local market knowledge

- Organize marketing events, activations, and experiences that celebrate local culture and engage with the community

- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local businesses, communities, and key stakeholders

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives

- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or a related field

- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution, project management, and strategic partnership development

- Experience in partnership negotiation and relationship management with local businesses and community stakeholders

- Strong understanding of the local market, consumer behavior, and industry trends

- Familiarity with partnership cost-benefit ROI calculations and demonstrating measurable impact from partnership and marketing initiatives
