## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Wixom location.

As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans

- Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

- Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Michigan
