The AirKey team, part of the Emerging Payments & AirKey group at Capital One, is focused on building a new commercial business based on proprietary technology developed and patented by Capital One. As Manager, Product Manager for AirKey, you will work closely with partners across design, business, tech, and external clients to drive a portion of the product roadmap for AirKey.

**Responsibilities:**

- Work in a high-touch, high-volume environment, exhibiting excellent communication, judgment, and client focus

- Operate with minimal supervision, exercising professional judgment in making decisions that impact user experience

- Establish and maintain a high level of credibility with cross-functional stakeholders

- Demonstrate proficiency in five key areas: Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership

**Requirements:**

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing

- OR: Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products

- Experience with the Payments Industry, particularly transaction data

- Experience in Agile product management

**Salary:** McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management San Francisco, CA: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product Management
