We are hiring two Strategic Engagements Deal Leads to own the commercial structuring and execution of Snowflake's most consequential customer engagements across North America.

In this role, you will:

- Own Snowflake's Internal Deal Economics

- Lead Commercial Structuring

- Shape Commercial Outcomes

- Run Concession Discipline

- Drive Cross-Functional Orchestration

- Coach the Field

- Engage Customers Directly

- Adhere to the Deal Playbook

- Operate AI-Native by Default

- Build the Repeatable Playbook

- Communicate to Executives

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, deal desk, pricing, commercial operations, sales finance, investment banking, or equivalent commercial roles

- Demonstrated experience structuring large enterprise commercial deals

- High agency and standalone execution

- Exceptional commercial judgment

- Strong financial modeling skills

- Working understanding of cloud and software-as-a-service commercial models

- Customer-facing presence

- Effective communicator

- AI-native disposition

- Comfort with ambiguity

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Preferred qualifications:

- Hands-on experience structuring deals at a high-growth cloud, data, AI, or SaaS company

- Familiarity with consumption-based and usage-based pricing in cloud, data, or AI platforms

- Experience with competitive pricing analysis and willingness-to-pay research
