## Description

We are seeking an Industrial Sales Representative to join our team in Japan. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and expanding the business of 3M's industrial adhesives and specialty tapes with OEM customers in various industries, including automotive, housing equipment and building materials, general industry, data centers, and clean energy.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and proposing applications for 3M's products to customers

- Conducting spec-in sales activities

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including technical and marketing teams

- Building relationships with customers and distributors

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growth area and contribute to the development of Japan's manufacturing industry. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of customers and industries, and to develop a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.

We are looking for someone with:

- 3+ years of sales experience

- A bachelor's degree or higher

- Excellent Japanese language skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred qualifications include:

- Experience in the automotive, housing equipment and building materials, general industry, data centers, or clean energy sectors

- English language skills (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)

- Experience with spec-in business
