## Description

We are seeking a Night Manager to join our team at Asda. As a Night Manager, you will be responsible for managing and leading the night team to ensure the smooth operation of the store during night shifts. You will work a rolling rota and 4 nights over 7, including weekend working.

**Responsibilities:**

- Drive strategy into action: Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor during night shift

- Lead with impact: Lead and coach night colleagues and team leaders to deliver excellent shopfloor standards

- Execution-focused: Ensure shopfloor is landed and presentable for customers before handing over to day team

- Talent Development: Listen with empathy, drive resilience and encourage ownership, focus and passion for the business

**Requirements:**

- Experience supervising or managing teams in a retail grocery environment, ideally overnight

- Ability to make decisions independently with a hands-on attitude and a drive to improve processes and people

- Confidence in developing teams and managing change

- Strong customer service focus

- Flexibility to work a range of night shifts, including weekends
