## Description

Float is looking for a Bilingual Operations Associate to join the Approvals function of its Compliance & Risk team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing all aspects of initial customer onboarding, collecting required documentation to determine compliance, and acting as one of the final decision-makers in approving new Float customers onto the platform.

Key responsibilities include:

- Customer Onboarding: Executing all aspects of initial customer onboarding while maintaining swift service level agreements (SLAs).

- Stakeholder Management: Working with prospective customers to acquire necessary information and documentation for onboarding and compliance verification.

- KYB/KYC Compliance: Processing prospective customers' KYB + KYC applications to ensure compliance with Float's services.

- Mitigate Float's Internal Risk: Collaborating with other Float teams to ensure Float's own compliance with industry regulations and service standards.

- Data and Reporting: Tracking and analyzing core metrics related to the customer approvals function.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an operations or customer-facing role in the financial services industry, previous knowledge of and/or experience with KYB + KYC, and excellent attention to detail.
