## Description

The Adler Pelzer Group is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to support the management of human resources at its Santhià plant.

The successful candidate will report directly to the HR Plant Manager and be responsible for:

- Identifying training needs, organising courses, and collaborating with external bodies to develop and manage Fondimpresa plans

- Preparing and updating HR reports, organisational charts, and job descriptions

- Managing the recruitment process and coordinating the onboarding of new employees

- Overseeing Performance Evaluation processes, analysing competency gaps, and defining merit plans or individual assessments

- Monitoring performance indicators, such as absenteeism and overtime, to balance production needs with productivity and cost-saving objectives

- Coordinating internal and external recruitment efforts and succession planning with dedicated teams

- Collaborating on the implementation of company procedures and preventing disputes by defining policies with legal and union functions

- Organising events and initiatives to improve company climate and optimise internal communication flows

- Supporting the management of legal and disciplinary activities

Requirements:

- Degree in law, economics, or related field

- Previous experience in an HR department within a manufacturing company

- Good spoken and written English language skills

- Experience in the automotive sector is a plus

Key competencies:

- Solid HR skills in both soft skills and management areas, including performance analysis, labour cost monitoring, and absenteeism

- Excellent communication, relational, and teamwork skills

- Dynamic, flexible, and strongly goal-oriented with high stress resistance

Additional information:

- The role will be based entirely on-site at the Santhià plant, with no remote work options available.
