## Description

As an SAP HCM Berater (f/m/d), you will play a crucial role in the further development of our projects and be responsible for the successful implementation of innovative solutions. Your tasks will include the implementation and configuration of SAP HCM (H4S4 or ECP), consulting our customers on the optimisation of HR processes, and conducting requirement analyses, workshops, and exchanges with customers on options and best practices.
