## Description

We are seeking a Team Leader to lead our Corporate Actions content production group, consisting of 12-16 people. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, including talent hiring, employee lifecycle management, coaching, training, and developing staff within your group. You will also be responsible for achieving or exceeding service and quality targets for the group.

Key responsibilities:

- Empower, support, and develop staff to improve and maintain the ability to adapt to changing business requirements

- Encourage the team to meet customer requirements and improve quality standards

- Ensure the team meets relevant compliance needs of the organisation

- Provide guidance and advice to the team on matters affecting their job performance

- Collaborate on scope and resource requirements for content improvements or new builds

- Maintain ownership and compliance for sources used in content sets

- Train staff to ensure they have the necessary product, customer, and systems development awareness

- Prioritise regular operational activities and advise managers of potential difficulties

- Use Six Sigma processes to collate statistical information and drive operational management

- Communicate effectively with other Data personnel globally

- Lead the team and ensure customer concerns are handled appropriately

Additional responsibilities:

- Leads professional or senior administrative employees

- Assigns and reviews work, drives and monitors performance and results

- Spends significant time managing a team that delivers results

- Solves sophisticated problems and takes new points of view using existing solutions

- Makes recommendations that may build operational strategy

- Forecasts resource needs and handles allocated budget

The anticipated annual gross base salary for this position is between 120,900 zł - 191,300 zł.
