## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking a driven and experienced Sourcer to join its talent acquisition team, focusing on building its critical Supply Chain Organisation.

The successful candidate will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various strategic sourcing, supplier development, and logistics leadership functions to support its fast-paced, innovative environment.

### Responsibilities

- Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to uncover passive and active candidates with expertise in areas such as:

- Product Sourcing Engineering

- Global Sourcing and Category Management

- Supplier Industrialization Engineering

- Strategic sourcing, procurement, contract negotiation, and supply chain analytics

- Develop meaningful relationships with prospective supply chain talent through tailored messaging and personalised communication

- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for a diverse range of supply chain roles

- Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific role requirements and strategic procurement goals

- Analyse sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimise sourcing strategies and workflows

### Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 8+ years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for complex supply chain, procurement, supplier quality, or logistics roles within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries

- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain principles and processes, including strategic sourcing, new product introduction procurement, supplier development, technical operations, and global logistics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data-driven approaches

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced supply chain environment

### Preferred Qualifications

- Proven experience in supply chain or procurement recruitment within startups, defense, aerospace, complex hardware manufacturing, or high-tech industries

- Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter

- Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative

- Resilient and creative problem solver with flexibility in tackling challenges

- Exceptional communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
