## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Hempstead Valley, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve sales goals

- Adapt to changing demands, working across various areas of the store

- Confidently recommend and sell new food products to customers

**Working Hours:**

- Tuesday: 17:00-00:00 (through the night)

- Wednesday: 08:00-14:15

**Additional Information:**

- The role involves working late nights, and applicants under 18 cannot be considered due to health and safety legislation

- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- Successful candidates may be required to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
