## Description

Join M&S as a Christmas Customer Assistant in our Food section, working part-time hours including early mornings and weekends.

You'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively in a high-pressure environment, and utilise digital tools to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

- Delivering five-star service at pace

- Confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products

- Utilising digital tools such as the Sparks App and in-store devices

- Contributing to a positive team environment

- Adapting to changing demands and working across various areas of the store

**Working Hours:**

- Sunday: 06:00-10:00

- Tuesday: 04:00-08:00

- Thursday: 04:00-08:00

**Additional Information:**

- £3.00 per hour unsocial premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00

- May be required to work up to full-time hours during the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December

- Must be 18 years or older due to health and safety legislation
