The Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) is seeking members for its Executive Committee.

The IONL Executive Committee oversees the strategic direction and operations of the organization.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the organization

- Develop and implement strategic plans

- Oversee financial management and budgeting

- Foster collaboration and partnerships with healthcare organizations and stakeholders

Requirements:

- Current or past experience in nursing leadership roles

- Strong understanding of nursing leadership and healthcare trends

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
