## Description

We are looking for motivated students to join our team for a two-month internship. Freshfields is a leading law firm in the Netherlands, specializing in intellectual property, data, and technology regulation. As part of our international team, you will work closely with colleagues from England, Germany, and the US.

The internship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience and learn about our organization in a challenging and enjoyable environment. Our focus areas include intellectual property litigation, data protection, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in complex cases involving multiple jurisdictions

- Work on intellectual property litigation and data protection cases

- Collaborate with colleagues on advisory projects related to mergers and acquisitions

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in law

- Completed or nearing completion of your civil law degree

- Demonstrated interest in IP, data/privacy, and cybersecurity

- Fluent in Dutch and English

- Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
